We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time. We aim to act as an extension of your marketing department, but we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or revenue increases due to the variable nature of digital markets.
3. Client Portal and User Conduct
When you partner with us, you are granted access to our Client Portal. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Ensuring that communication within the Team Chat remains professional and respectful.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Client Portal if these terms are violated.
4. Intellectual Property
Our Content
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Axelerate and is protected by copyright laws.
Axelerate+
The Axelerate+ platform is a separate, proprietary development currently in progress. Any access to or mention of Axelerate+ is subject to specific intellectual property rights. Users may not attempt to reverse-engineer, replicate, or claim ownership of any technology related to Axelerate+.
Client Content
Any materials provided by you for use in marketing campaigns remain your property. However, you grant Axelerate a licence to use, modify, and display such content for the sole purpose of fulfilling our services to you.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axelerate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services or website. While we use state-of-the-art expertise to drive growth, marketing performance is subject to external factors beyond our control.
Payments and Billing
Billing for core services is handled monthly through our Client Portal. Specialist projects are subject to separate agreements and payment schedules. Failure to maintain payments may result in the suspension of services and portal access.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
